Our newest addition to Langdale Place, "The Palms," will now offer in addition to the basic services and amenities, a secured unit with its own activities director, living room and foyer, front porch and enclosed courtyard.

A one month's refundable security deposit and one-time processing fee is payable at move-in. The monthly service fee is prorated at move-in and is based on the suite size.

Included in your fee are:

• Three meals a day with assistance in eating
• Snacks three times a day
• Paid utilities (except phone and cable)
• Daily living assistance (dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.)
• Medication Assistance
• Scheduled courtesy transportation
• Social and recreational programs/full time activities director
• Housekeeping
